Butterfly Pea Juice

  • Dried Butterfly Pea Flowers 1 g
  • Hot Water 30 ml

Tea Base

Butterfly Pea, Honey and Lime Tea

  1. Butterfly Pea Juice

    • Steep dry Butter Fly Pea flower with hot water for 10 minutes. Sift the flower out and use only juice.

  2. Tea Base

    • Steep Lipton Yellow Label Tea bags with hot water about 1.30 hrs. Remove tea bags and squeeze the water out.

  3. Butterfly Pea, Honey and Lime Tea

    • Pour Lipton Yellow Label Tea Base into a 16-Ounce glass.
    • Add honey, syrup and Knorr Selections Lime Seasoning Powder. Stir with spoon until Knorr Selections Lime Seasoning Powder is well dissolved.
    • Fill the glass to the top with ice.
    • Top with Butterfly Pea Juice base.
  4. Tips

    • Either honey or syrup can be used individually in this recipe.
    • Types of honey can be varied as desired, such as Longan honey.
    • Layer of Butterfly Pea Juice can be switched to create different colours and uniqueness.
