    • Put oil in and heat the pan, stir-fry minced garlic until it gives a nice aroma, then add chopped Chinese kale, broccoli, carrot, Chinese cabbage, baby corn and stock. Season with KNORR SELECTIONS Oyster Flavoured Sauce, KNORR SELECTIONS Seasoning Sauce, KNORR Intense Meaty Essence and sugar. Stir-fry until the vegetables are well cooked, then taste the flavour.
    • Put on a serving plate.
    Tips: If you want the vegetables to maintain their beautiful colour, you should blanch the vegetables and then shock them with cold water.
