Stir-Fried Vegetables

  • Chinese Kale, bite-size chopped 120.0 g
  • Broccoli, bite-size chopped 120.0 g
  • Baby Corn, bite-size chopped 120.0 g
  • Carrot, bite-size chopped 80.0 g
  • Chinese Cabbage, bite-size chopped 120.0 g
  • Shiitake Mushroom 60.0 g
  • Garlic, minced 20.0 g
  • KNORR SELECTIONS Seasoning Sauce 4300 ml 2.0 tsp
  • Sugar 1.0 tsp
  • Vegetable Oil (for stir-frying) 8.0 tbsp
  • Stock 20.0 tbsp
  1. Stir-Fried Vegetables

    • Put oil in and heat the pan, stir-fry minced garlic until it gives a nice aroma, then add chopped Chinese kale, broccoli, carrot, Chinese cabbage, baby corn and stock. Season with KNORR SELECTIONS Oyster Flavoured Sauce, KNORR SELECTIONS Seasoning Sauce, KNORR Intense Meaty Essence and sugar. Stir-fry until the vegetables are well cooked, then taste the flavour.
    • Put on a serving plate.
    Tips: If you want the vegetables to maintain their beautiful colour, you should blanch the vegetables and then shock them with cold water.
