Method

  1. Salmon sausage making process

    • Marinate salmon sausage by mixing salmon, ready-made sausage powder, salt, Knorr chicken flavor seasoning powder, and garlic. Mix thoroughly and place in a clean container. Marinate for 3-4 days until the mixture turns into sausage.
    • Place the salmon sausage in a strainer to drain the water. Coat with Knorr crispy flour and fry in oil until golden brown. Scoop out and set aside to drain the oil.
  2. Steps for making fried rice

    • Mix cooked rice, red curry paste, fish sauce, and eggs in a mixing bowl. Add Knorr Aroysure Chicken Seasoning Powder and kaffir lime leaves. Knead until well combined. Shape into balls of about 10 grams each.
    • Toss the fried rice in Knorr Crispy Flour, then dip it in the beaten egg. Dip the fried rice until slightly damp, lift it up and toss it in Knorr Crispy Flour again. Deep-fry in oil over medium heat until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside to drain the oil.
    • Take the prepared fried rice and use it to make the salmon sausage salad and fried rice.
  3. Steps for making salmon sausage sauce and fried rice

    • Prepare the salmon sausage dressing by mixing Knorr brand fish sauce, lime powder, Knorr brand chicken flavor seasoning powder, Aroysure brand, and syrup. Let it dissolve together. It is the base for the salmon sausage salad and fried rice.
  4. Steps for making ginger gel

    • Cut ginger into small pieces, blend with clean water and strain to remove the pulp.
    • Add the strained blended ginger juice, Knorr lime powder, salt, sugar, and jelly powder to a pot. Stir the ingredients with a hand whisk until they dissolve.
    • Place the mixture over heat, stirring frequently until it boils. Add a little yellow food coloring and stir to combine. Remove from heat and cool until it sets into a gel.
    • Blend the gel in a blender until smooth. Strain the gel through a fine sieve and pour into a squeeze bottle. Use as a topping for salmon sausage salad and fried rice.
  5. How to make jalapeño mayo

    • Place the jalapeno peppers, Best Foods Real Mayonnaise, water, cream cheese, dill, and green Tabasco sauce in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a squeeze bottle and use as a topping for salmon salad, fried rice, and more.
  6. Steps for making stir-fried pork with fish sauce

    • Stir-fry minced pork with water and fish sauce until cooked. Set aside.
  7. Steps for making Pani Puri Salmon Sausage Salad

    • Season the salmon nam yum with garden chili and chili powder. Adjust the taste as you like.
    • Add the remaining salmon sausage salad ingredients to the dressing and gently toss until the dressing is absorbed by the ingredients. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired.
    • Scoop the salmon sausage salad and fried rice into the pani puri batter and top with ginger gel, jalapeño mayo, fish eggs, and garnish with betel leaves. Garnish with edible flowers and coriander leaves for decoration.
