Mango (unripe) 70 g

Salt 0.2 g

Syrup 75 ml

Water 40 ml

Summer Mango Smoothie
- Mix together Knorr Selections Concentrated Tamarind Sauce and syrup. Stir until well blended then put aside.
- Cut mango into pieces and put aside.
- Add syrup, water, salt and Knorr Selections Lime Seasoning Powder. Mix together until well dissolved then add mango.
- Pour all mixture into a blender.
- Fill a 16-Ounce glass to the top with ice. Put into a blender then blend well until smooth.
- Top with prepared Tamarind mixture.

Tips
- Small pieces of mango are recommended as long pieces can be easily caught in the blender's blades.
