All-purpose Flour 280.0 g

Preparation

Pizza Scone
- Pre-heat oven to 190C.
- Sift together all-purpose flour and BEST FOODS Baking Powder Double Acting Formula. Add sugar and granulated salt into mixing bowl.
- Cut cold unsalted butter into pieces and add into the dry mix. Beat with flat beater until look like fine crumbs.
- Add egg, milk and KNORR SELECTIONS Pizza Sauce into the dry ingredient then add fried bacon and Parmesan cheese. Roll out into about 1/2-inch-thick sheet.
- Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Press a round mould into flour and use the mould to press on the scone. Put silicone mat or parchment paper on baking tray and put the scone in the tray.
- Mix egg yolk and evaporated milk together. Thinly coat the mixture on scones before baking.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Serve warm with KNORR SELECTIONS Pizza Sauce and BEST FOODS Sweet Bakery Mayonnaise.
