For Lemon Tea Jelly

  • LIPTON Ice Tea Lemon 800 g 2.0 tbsp
  • Water 3.0 oz
  • Assorted Flavours Jelly, cut into pieces 0.5 cup
  • Ice Cube 22.0 oz
  • Sweetened Whipping Cream, chilled 250.0 g
  • Assorted Flavours Jelly, cut into small pieces (for decoration)
  • Strawberries and Lemon (for decoration)
  1. For Lemon Tea Jelly

    • Put chilled sweetened whipping cream in a mixing bowl and whip with whisker in high speed to get firm peaks. Set aside.
    • Put ice cube, Lipton Ice Tea Lemon and water in a mixer and blend until smooth. Uncover the lid.
    • Add assorted flavours jelly, cover and blend to mix. Pour mixture into a serving glass. Squeeze whipped cream on top. Decorate with small pieces of assorted flavours jelly, strawberries and lemon and serve.
