Lemon Tea Jelly

Ingredients
For Lemon Tea Jelly

LIPTON Ice Tea Lemon 800 g 2.0 tbsp

Water 3.0 oz

Assorted Flavours Jelly, cut into pieces 0.5 cup

Ice Cube 22.0 oz

Sweetened Whipping Cream, chilled 250.0 g

Assorted Flavours Jelly, cut into small pieces (for decoration)

Strawberries and Lemon (for decoration)
Preparation

For Lemon Tea Jelly
- Put chilled sweetened whipping cream in a mixing bowl and whip with whisker in high speed to get firm peaks. Set aside.
- Put ice cube, Lipton Ice Tea Lemon and water in a mixer and blend until smooth. Uncover the lid.
- Add assorted flavours jelly, cover and blend to mix. Pour mixture into a serving glass. Squeeze whipped cream on top. Decorate with small pieces of assorted flavours jelly, strawberries and lemon and serve.
