For Fruit Cube Tea Soda

  • Sir Thomas J. Lipton Earl Grey Tea 2 g 2.0 sack
  • Hot Water 0.5 cup
  • Syrup 2.0 oz
  • KNORR SELECTIONS Lime Seasoning Powder 400 g 0.5 oz
  • Water 500.0 g
  • Strawberry, cut into pieces 0.5 cup
  • Fresh Blueberry 0.5 cup
  • Lemon, cut into pieces 0.25 cup
  • Sunkist, cut into pieces 0.25 cup
  • Soda Water, chilled 1.0 bottle
  • Ice Tray
  • Mint Leaves (for decoration)
  1. For Fruit Cube Tea Soda

    • Put strawberry, blueberry, lemon and Sunkist in the ice tray. Pour water to fill up the ice tray and let it freeze in the freezer for 12 hours or until frozen.
    • Infuse Sir Thomas J. Lipton Earl Grey Tea bags for 5 minutes. Discard the bags. Add syrup and Knorr Selections Lime juice and stir to mix.
    • Remove the fruits ice cube from the ice tray and put in the serving glass, alternating it with mint leaves. Pour the tea into the glass, followed by soda water. Decorate with mint leaves and serve.
