Stir-Fried Wide Rice Noodles with Chicken

  • Wide Rice Noodle 200.0 g
  • Chicken Breast, bite-size chopped 85.0 g
  • Egg 1.0 egg
  • Crispy Pickled Squid, bite-size chopped 20.0 g
  • KNORR SELECTIONS Seasoning Sauce 4300 ml 5.0 g
  • Pepper Powder 1.0 g
  • Sugar 2.0 g
  • Spring Onion, chopped 5.0 g
  • Garlic, minced 5.0 g
  • Vegetable Oil (for stir-frying)
  1. Stir-Fried Wide Rice Noodles with Chicken

    • Put oil in and heat the pan, add minced garlic. Stir-fry the chicken.
    • Add wide rice noodles, stir-fry until the noodle is spread out, then add crispy pickled squid and egg, and stir-fry until well mixed.
    • Season with KNORR Intense Meaty Essence, KNORR SELECTIONS Seasoning Sauce, sugar and pepper powder. Taste and adjust as desired.
    • Stir-fry with high heat until it gives a nice aroma.
    • Put on a serving plate, garnish with chopped spring onion, then serve with KNORR SELECTIONS Chili Sauce.
