Method

Stir-Fried Wide Rice Noodles with Chicken
- Put oil in and heat the pan, add minced garlic. Stir-fry the chicken.
- Add wide rice noodles, stir-fry until the noodle is spread out, then add crispy pickled squid and egg, and stir-fry until well mixed.
- Season with KNORR Intense Meaty Essence, KNORR SELECTIONS Seasoning Sauce, sugar and pepper powder. Taste and adjust as desired.
- Stir-fry with high heat until it gives a nice aroma.
- Put on a serving plate, garnish with chopped spring onion, then serve with KNORR SELECTIONS Chili Sauce.
