Stir-Fried Pork Tenderloin with Garlic and Pepper

  • Pork Tenderloin, sliced 400.0 g
  • Garlic, minced 28.0 g
  • KNORR SELECTIONS Seasoning Sauce 4300 ml 4.0 tsp
  • Sugar 2.0 tsp
  • Ground Pepper 4.0 g
  • Vegetable Oil (for stir-frying) 8.0 tbsp
  • Stock 12.0 tbsp
  • Garlic, deep-fried, minced 12.0 g
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Red Spur Pepper, minced
  • Black Soy Sauce
  1. Stir-Fried Pork Tenderloin with Garlic and Pepper

    • Heat the pan with some oil in it, stir-fry minced garlic until it gives a nice aroma. Then add sliced pork tenderloin, add some stock, season with KNORR SELECTIONS Oyster Flavoured Sauce, KNORR SELECTIONS Seasoning Sauce, KNORR Intense Meaty Essence, sugar, ground pepper and fry until the pork is cooked. Colour with black soy sauce and taste.
    • Put in a serving plate, garnish with deep-fried minced garlic, coriander leaves, and minced red spur pepper. Pair with rice.
