Spicy Stir-Fried Minced Pork with Holy Basil

  • Vegetable Oil (for stir-frying) 8.0 tbsp
  • Garlic, finely minced 20.0 g
  • Bird's Eye Chilli, minced 20.0 g
  • Pork, minced 400.0 g
  • Stock 12.0 tbsp
  • Yard Long Bean, chopped 80.0 g
  • Seasoning Sauce 2.0 tsp
  • Sugar 1.0 tsp
  • ำปลา 2.0 tsp
  • Black Soy Sauce 1.0 tsp
  • Fresh Holy Basil 40.0 g
  • Red and Green Finger Chilli, slant-sliced 40.0 g
  • Crispy Holy Basil Leaves
  1. Spicy Stir-Fried Minced Pork with Holy Basil

    • Heat a pan with some oil in it, add minced garlic and minced spur pepper and stir-fry until it gives a fragrant aroma, then add minced pork and slant-sliced yard long bean. Season with KNORR SELECTIONS Oyster Flavoured Sauce, KNORR SELECTIONS Fish Sauce, KNORR Intense Meaty Essence, sugar, black soy sauce and stock. Stir-fry until the minced pork is well-cooked, and then add fresh holy basil leaves and red and green spur peppers. Turn off the heat and adjust the taste as desired.
    • Put on the serving plate, decorate with crispy holy basil leaves. Serve with rice.
