French Toast Batter

  • Egg 2.0 egg
  • Milk 200.0 g
  • Cream 200.0 g
  • Sugar 100.0 g
  • Salt 1.0 g
  • Vanilla scent 1.0 g

Method

  1. French Toast Batter

    • Mix egg, sugar, salt, vanilla scent together.
    • Add milk and cream then blend well.
    • Filter the mixture and put it in a container. Keep in the fridge.

  2. Assembling

    • Remove the bread crusts and cut the bread slices in half.

    • Sandwich the bread and press the edge of the sandwich tightly together.
