  1. Stir-Fried Shrimp with Chilli and Garlic

    • Mix shrimp with KNORR SELECTIONS Batter Mix and slightly tap the excess out. Then deep fry coated shrimp. When done, drain fried shrimp on the strainer to remove excess oil.
    • Stir-fry minced garlic, minced coriander root, minced red chilli, minced spur pepper all 3 colours and minced pickled garlic until it gives a good aroma.
    • Add stock, season with sugar, Knorr Intense Meaty Essence and simmer to reduce. Then add the shrimp and mix together, taste and season as you prefer.
    • Put on a plate, decorate with stir-fried garlic and coriander leaves.
