Method

Preparation
- Heated oiled pan, add mined garlic and chopped bird's eye chilli.
- Add shrimp, squid and season with Knorr Oyster Flavoured Sauce, Knorr Seasoning Sauce, Aroysure All-In-One Chicken Flavoured Seasoning.
- Add black soy, sugar and stock, fry together then add boiled noodle.
- Add minced fingerroot, lentils cut into piece, bamboo line and corn, pepper, diagonal green chilli, diagonal red chilli and basil.
- Put on serving plate and add fried basil and fried fingerroot.
