  1. Fried Chicken with Cashew Nut

    • Season chicken breast with KNORR Intense Meaty Essence, then thinly coat it with KNORR SELECTIONS Batter Mix. Fry until well-cooked, then let it rest.
    • Stir-fry minced garlic until it gives a fragrant aroma, then add diced onion and all 3 colours of the diced sweet peppers.
    • Stir-fry cooked chicken breast and fried cashew nut until well-mixed, then season with KNORR SELECTIONS Oyster Flavoured Sauce, KNORR SELECTIONS Seasoning Sauce, KNORR Intense Meaty Essence and sugar. Mix well. Adjust the taste as desired.
    • Garnish with chopped onion, fried dried chilli, then give another mix. Put on a serving plate.
