For Crispy Basket with Seafood Pizza Sauce

  • Mussles, blanched 100.0 g
  • Squid, sliced and blanched 200.0 g
  • Green and red sweet pepper, cut into pieces 200.0 g
  • Pineapple, cut into pieces 100.0 g
  • Champignon, finely sliced 50.0 g
  • Shallots, thinly sliced 100.0 g
  • Grated Mozzarella Cheese 150.0 g
  • BEST FOODS Butter Flavoured Margarine 1 kg 100.0 g
  • Oregano
  • Paprika
  • Sweet basil
  • Spring roll wrappers 5 by 5 inches 24.0 slice
  • Blanched Shrimps 24.0 portion
  1. For Crispy Basket with Seafood Pizza Sauce

    • Brush melted BEST FOODS Butter Flavoured Margarine over the spring roll wrappers. Place wrappers over each other and line in a cupcake tin.
    • Put sweet pepper, shrimp, squid, mussel, pineapple, champignon and shallot in the tin.
    • Squeeze KNORR SELECTIONS Pizza Sauce and BEST FOODS SE bakery Mayonnaise over the seafood and sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake in a preheated oven at 360F for 30 minutes or until it turns golden and crispy. Set aside to cool completely. Remove from tin.
    • Dust with oregano and paprika, decorate with sweet basil and serve.
