Green and red sweet pepper, cut into pieces 200.0 g

Pineapple, cut into pieces 100.0 g

Champignon, finely sliced 50.0 g

Shallots, thinly sliced 100.0 g

Grated Mozzarella Cheese 150.0 g

Oregano
-
Paprika
-
Sweet basil

Spring roll wrappers 5 by 5 inches 24.0 slice

Blanched Shrimps 24.0 portion
Preparation

For Crispy Basket with Seafood Pizza Sauce
- Brush melted BEST FOODS Butter Flavoured Margarine over the spring roll wrappers. Place wrappers over each other and line in a cupcake tin.
- Put sweet pepper, shrimp, squid, mussel, pineapple, champignon and shallot in the tin.
- Squeeze KNORR SELECTIONS Pizza Sauce and BEST FOODS SE bakery Mayonnaise over the seafood and sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake in a preheated oven at 360F for 30 minutes or until it turns golden and crispy. Set aside to cool completely. Remove from tin.
- Dust with oregano and paprika, decorate with sweet basil and serve.
