Ingredients
Chinese Cabbage, Egg Tofu and Minced Pork Soup

Pork, minced 280 g

Garlic, minced 8 g

Coriander Root, minced 8 g

Ground Pepper 2 g

Egg Tofu, bite-size chopped 4 tube

Chinese Cabbage 200 g

Clean Water 2 l

Soy Sauce 1 tsp

Coriander and Spring Onion, chopped 40 g
Preparation

Chinese Cabbage, Egg Tofu and Minced Pork Soup
- Mix all seasoning ingredients and minced pork until well-combined.
- Boil the water in a pot, roll seasoned pork into bite-size ball and add into the boiling water and wait until well-cooked, then add Chinese cabbage. Season with KNORR Intense Meaty Essence and soy sauce. When the Chinese cabbage is cooked, add chopped egg tofu into the soup and wait for it to boil for a moment, then taste and garnish with chopped coriander and spring onion.
- Put in a serving bowl.
