  1. How to Prepare

    • Chop the snapper into small pieces and mix it with Knorr Batter Mix. Deep fry until it is crisp and golden brown. Set aside.
    • Heat the wok and add garlic, bird's eye chili, stock and season with the main sauce when hot. Add chili powder, finger root, red and green chili, lime leaves, fresh peppercorns, and Thai basil.
    • Add the deep-fried snapper and stir until everything is mixed. Stir quickly to keep the fish crispy.
    • Place the deep-fried fish on the plate and pour the stir-fried fish on top. Complete the dish with various deep-fried herbs, and the dish is ready to be served.
    • Tips: The dish can be customized by changing the main ingredient to other types of meat.
