  1. Spicy Stir-Fried Seafood

    • Heat the pan, stir-fry minced garlic, minced bird's eye chilli and seafood until cooked.
    • Add chopped yard long bean, Indian oyster mushroom, fresh peppercorns and a small amount of stock. Then season with KNORR Intense Meaty Essence, KNORR SELECTIONS Oyster Flavoured Sauce, KNORR SELECTIONS Fish Sauce and sugar, taste and adjust as desired.
    • Add lesser galangal, kaffir lime leaves, basil and finger chilli, then mix well.
    • Put on a plate and serve with hot rice.
