  • Kaffir Lime Leaf, shredded 4.0 side
  • Lesser Galangal, skin grated 25.0 g

  • Fresh Peppercorns 15.0 g
  • Finger Chilli, slant-sliced 10.0 g
  • Shrimp 100.0 g
  • Clam 30.0 g
  • Mussels 45.0 g
  • Squid 50.0 g
  • KNORR SELECTIONS Fish Sauce 4500 ml 5.0 g
  • Sugar 2.0 g
  • Pepper 2.5 g
  • Stock
  • Vegetable Oil (for frying)
  1. Spicy Stir-Fried Seafood

    • Heat the pan, stir-fry minced garlic, minced bird's eye chilli and seafood until cooked.
    • Add chopped yard long bean, Indian oyster mushroom, fresh peppercorns and a small amount of stock. Then season with KNORR Intense Meaty Essence, KNORR SELECTIONS Oyster Flavoured Sauce, KNORR SELECTIONS Fish Sauce and sugar, taste and adjust as desired.
    • Add lesser galangal, kaffir lime leaves, basil and finger chilli, then mix well.
    • Put on a plate and serve with hot rice.
