How to Prepare

  • Boneless Chicken Thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces 250.0 g
  • Cold Water 175.0 g
  • Knorr Batter Mix, for dry coating 50.0 g
  • Tornado Larb Seasoning Powder, 1/2 Formula
  • Peppermint Leaves, For Topping
  • Red Chili, Sliced For Topping

Tornado Larb Seasoning Powder

  • KNORR Lime Seasoning Powder 400 g 0.5 tbsp
  • Sugar 0.5 tbsp
  • Roasted Rice, ground 1.0 tbsp
  • Chili Powder 0.5 tbsp
  • KNORR Aroy Sure All-In-One Seasoning Chicken Flavoured 800 g 1.5 tbsp

  1. How to Prepare

    • Clean the deboned chicken and chop into bite-sized pieces.
    • Mix Knorr Batter Mix with cold water to make a flour mixture. Put Knorr Batter Mix into 2 different plates for dry coating.
    • Coat the chicken with Knorr Batter Mix before coating with the wet flour mixture. Coat the chicken with dry Knorr Batter Mix again. Deep fry the chicken until crispy and golden brown.
    • Place the fried chicken into a bowl and add the larb seasoning mix. Stir until the chicken is thoroughly mixed.
    • Place the chicken on the prepared plate, top it with peppermint leaves, sliced green chili, and complete the dish with the mixed salad on the side.
  2. Tornado Larb Seasoning Powder

    • Mix all ingredients and stir well.
