Lemongrass Marinade for Grilled Chicken

  • KNORR SELECTIONS Seasoning Sauce 4300 ml 100.0 g
  • Lemongrass, finely chopped 150.0 g
  • Garlic, peeled 60.0 g
  • Coriander Root, cleaned 30.0 g
  • Black Peppercorn 10.0 g
  • Clean Water 100.0 g
  • Vegetable Oil 50.0 g
  • Milk Product (for cooking and bakery) 100.0 g
  1. Lemongrass Marinade for Grilled Chicken

    • Mix all the ingredients in the blender and blend until well-mixed, then add KNORR SELECTIONS Seasoning Sauce, KNORR SELECTIONS Teriyaki Sauce and KNORR Intense Meaty Essence.
    • Used for marinating meat such as chicken thigh, pork ribs or pork.

    250 grams of meat per 20 grams of marinade.
