Red wine sauce

Mashed potatoes from Knorr ready-made mashed potato powder

  1. How to prepare

    • Season the bone-in sirloin with Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder, ground black pepper, olive oil and marinate for approximately 15 minutes.
    • Grill the marinated beef and cook until the meat is tender. Brown it and place it in the oven until it is cooked.
    • Place it on the plate and top it with the prepared red wine sauce along with mashed potatoes, cheese, and buttered vegetables. Top it with minced parsley before serving.
  2. Red wine sauce

    • Heat the sauce pan in medium heating and add red wine. Heat to a boil and add shallots and sugar. Once the wine evaporates, mix in the shallots. Set aside.
    • Melt Knorr Brown Sauce with water, according to the ratio. Heat the pot to a boil and filter through the sieve. Set aside.
  3. Mashed potatoes from Knorr ready-made mashed potato powder

    • Heat water to a boil and add Knorr Mashed Potato. Stir together with a whisk until thoroughly mixed and lower the heat to a low setting. Cook until the potatoes are soft for approximately 2-3 minutes. Turn the heat off.
    • Add seasoning or other ingredients to create a different main dish or side dish.
