Red wine sauce

  • Unsalted Butter 20.0 g
  • Shallots, minced 15.0 g
  • Ground Black Pepper 1.0 g
  • Red Wine 60.0 ml
  • Water 250.0 ml

Mashed potatoes from Knorr ready-made potato flakes

  • Water 300.0 ml

How to prepare

  • Bone-in Pork Loins, 4 pieces (200 g per piece) 800.0 g
  • Olive Oil 30.0 g
  • Stir-fried Mixed Vegetables with Butter 80.0 g
  • Parsley, minced for topping
  1. Red wine sauce

    • Heat the sauce pan in medium heating and add red wine. Heat to a boil and add shallots and sugar. Once the wine evaporates, mix in the shallots. Set aside.
    • Melt Knorr Brown Sauce with water, according to the ratio. Heat the pot to a boil and filter through the sieve. Set aside.
  2. Mashed potatoes from Knorr ready-made potato flakes

    • Heat water to a boil and add Knorr Potato Flakes. Stir together with a whisk until thoroughly mixed and lower the heat to a low setting. Cook until the potatoes are soft for approximately 2-3 minutes. Turn the heat off.
    • Add seasoning or other ingredients to create a different main dish or side dish.
  3. How to prepare

    • Season the bone-in sirloin with Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder, ground black pepper, olive oil and marinate for approximately 15 minutes.
    • Grill the marinated beef and cook until the meat is tender. Brown it and place it in the oven until it is cooked.
    • Place it on the plate and top it with the prepared red wine sauce along with mashed potatoes, cheese, and buttered vegetables. Top it with minced parsley before serving.
