How to prepare

Ham and cheese filling

  • Ham (cut wide enough to wrap cheese) 50 g
  • Mozzarella Cheese, diced 150 g

  1. How to prepare

    • Season the potatoes with Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder and mix them thoroughly.
    • Shape the potatoes into a ball. Create a small opening to insert cheese and ham into the middle. Close the opening and shape into bite-sized pieces.
    • Thinly coat with flour and battered eggs, then cover with bread crumbs.
    • Deep fry until crisp and golden brown. Drain the oil before serving.
  2. Ham and cheese filling

    • Dice the ham and cheese into small pieces and set aside.

     

  3. Pork curry filling

    • Heat the pan with vegetable oil on a medium setting and add garlic, onions and stir fry until the garlic is soft. Add curry powder, followed by pork, and stir fry until the meat is cooked.
    • Add sugar, Knorr Pork Flavored Soup and water. Stir fry until it concentrates. Add whipping cream and heat it to a boil. Turn off the heat and set aside.
  4. Crab with creamy sauce filling

    • Heat the vegetable oil in medium setting and add garlic and onions. Stir fry until the garlic turns golden. Stir fry steamed crab meat with white wine. Add white sauce and season with Aromat Powder, ground pepper, and whip cream, and stir fry until it comes to a boil. Turn off the heat, add minced green onions, and mix them thoroughly. Set aside to cool.

     

  5. Cocktail sauce

    • Mix cocktail sauce using Knorr Ketchup, Knorr Chili Sauce, and Best Foods Mayonnaise, and mix them thoroughly. Serve as dipping sauce for ham cheese croquettes.
