They say looks (and in this case, tastes) can be deceiving, and our Nomeatballs pizza is a prime example. Let’s see if you can tell that this dish is completely plant-based because the meatballs on our pizza are tender, succulent and finger-licking good — just like real meat.

  3. Method

    • Pizza sauce can be prepared by: Heat a sauce pot with medium heat. Pour olive oil. Add and fry minced garlic to get appetizing smell. Add Knorr's pronto and pasta sauce. Fry to blend all ingredients well. Season with Aromat, sugar, black pepper, and sliced lemon basil leaves. Fry until it is boiled and it slightly becomes sticky. Blend sauce with a blender.
    • Slice TVB NoMeatball into three smaller pieces. Put into an oven with temperature of 200c/ 4 minutes. Place on a plate for serving.
    • Cut tortilla into various shapes but not too large. Put into an oven with temperature of 200c/ 4 minutes or put into an oven with Meatball. Place on a plate for serving.
    • Decorate the plate by dropping pizza sauce at the middle of the plate and wipe with a spoon to get a long line. Place Meatball, tortilla, tomatoes, and sliced black olives followed by burned mozzarella cheese. Decorate more for attractiveness. Ready to be served.
