  • Tuna in brine, drained 2.0 can
  • Carrot, diced and slightly cooked 50.0 g
  • Corn, cooked 50.0 g
  • Edamame 50.0 g
  • Onion, chopped 30.0 g
  • Ground Black Pepper 1.0 tsp
  • Egg 4.0 egg
  • Bread Crumbs 200.0 g

  • Ketchup
  • Parsley for garnish

  • Vegetable oil for frying

  1. Fried Sandwich with Tuna Salad

    • Mix tuna with onion, carrot, corn, edamame, black pepper and BEST FOODS SE bakery Mayonnaise together in a bowl, stir to combine.
    • Press bread with rolling pin gently and spoon tuna mixture into the centre of the bread. Fold the bread into triangular shape. Hold the sandwiches together with toothpick.
    • Beat the eggs in a bowl. Soak sandwiches in the egg and coat with bread crumbs.
    • Heat oil in a frying pan, fry the sandwiches until crispy and golden. Remove from pan and set aside to drain the oil. Decorate with parsley and serve with ketchup and BEST FOODS SE bakery Mayonnaise.
