Method

  1. For goshujung tatar

    Mix everything together
  2. For fish stick

    1. Mix sea bass with Knorr Aromat and leave it for 15 minutes
    2. Mix prepared sea bass with Knorr Batter mix and fry until glowing with nice yellow color
  3. For fish tortilla

    1. Lay tortilla then add fish stick and put gochujang tartar on top
    2. Add Japanese cucumber, purple carrot and Japanese fermented daikon
    3. Then roll them together
