For fish tortilla

Gochujang Tatar 30.0 g

Purple Carrot 15.0 g

Tortilla 1.0 slice

Japanese Fermented Daikon 1.0 chunk
Preparation

For goshujung tatar
Mix everything together -
For fish stick
- Mix sea bass with Knorr Aromat and leave it for 15 minutes
- Mix prepared sea bass with Knorr Batter mix and fry until glowing with nice yellow color

For fish tortilla
- Lay tortilla then add fish stick and put gochujang tartar on top
- Add Japanese cucumber, purple carrot and Japanese fermented daikon
- Then roll them together
