  1. For Butter Cream

    • Use paddle to beat Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine with shortening on a medium speed until the peak forms and the cream turns white.
    • Gradually add sweetened condensed milk. Continue beating until mixed well. Add buttermilk flavour and mix well.
  2. For Cup Cake

    • Sift cake flour, milk powder, vanilla powder and Best Foods Baking Powder Double Acting Formula into a bowl. Put aside
    • Put Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine, sugar, E.C.25K, evaporated milk, and chilled eggs into the mixer. Add prepared flour. Use paddle for mixing on a low speed for 1 minute. Increase to medium speed for 8 minutes. Then, decrease to low speed for 1 minute
    • Fill ¾ of the cup with the mixture. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until cooked. Take out from the oven and put aside to cool down
    • Squeeze Best Foods LC Strawberry Filling, Best Foods Blueberry Filling and Best Foods Chocolate Filling to decorate the top. Squeeze butter cream to form a pig, a squirrel, a dog and fish. Decorate with flower sugar and jelly.
