- Mix KNORR SELECTIONS Batter Mix with water to make batter.
- Coat shrimps all over with the batter.
- Heat BEST FOODS Salad Oil in a deep pan and deep fry the batter-coated shrimps until golden and crispy. Remove from pan and set aside to remove excess oil.
- Cut croissant in half and place fried shrimp on one side. Pour KNORR SELECTIONS Ready-to-Use Rich Pizza Sauce over the shrimp. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and oregano. Bake in oven at 180°C for 5 minutes or cheese are melted. Serve while hot.
