For Croissant with Crispy Shrimps and Pizza Sauce and Cheese

  • Croissant 10.0 piece
  • Shrimp 10.0 portion
  • KNORR SELECTIONS Batter Mix 500 g 125.0 g
  • Ice-Cold Water 0.75 cup
  • KNORR SELECTIONS Pizza Sauce 1 kg 200.0 g
  • BEST FOODS Salad Oil 3.3 L
  • Mozzarella for Topping
  • Oregano for sprinkle
  1. For Croissant with Crispy Shrimps and Pizza Sauce and Cheese

    • Mix KNORR SELECTIONS Batter Mix with water to make batter.
    • Coat shrimps all over with the batter.
    • Heat BEST FOODS Salad Oil in a deep pan and deep fry the batter-coated shrimps until golden and crispy. Remove from pan and set aside to remove excess oil.
    • Cut croissant in half and place fried shrimp on one side. Pour KNORR SELECTIONS Ready-to-Use Rich Pizza Sauce over the shrimp. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and oregano. Bake in oven at 180°C for 5 minutes or cheese are melted. Serve while hot.
