How to prepare
- Blend whip cream, milk, and cream soup base until thoroughly mixed in a pot. Heat it until it comes to a boil. Stir continuously. When it comes to a boil, set aside and add cheese, paprika powder, and sugar. Stir until everything is melted evenly.
- Serve as dip with biscuits, tortilla chips or serve with pickles as snacks.
