For Chocolate Cookie

  • BEST FOODS Butter Flavoured Margarine 1 kg 130.0 g
  • Brown Sugar 100.0 g
  • Egg 1.0 egg
  • Vanilla 1.0 tsp
  • All-purpose Flour 150.0 g
  • Cocoa Powder 10.0 g
  • Sliced Almond 40.0 g
  • Chocolate Chips 60.0 g

For Cream Cheese Filling

  1. For Chocolate Cookie

    • Preheat the oven to 160C
    • Mix Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine and brown sugar with paddle attachment on medium speed
    • Gradually add egg and vanilla essence
    • Sieve all-purpose flour, Best Foods Baking Powder Double Acting Formula and cocoa powder together
    • Add sieved flour followed by sliced almonds and chocolate chips
    • After well mixed, turn off the machine and store in the fridge for 2-3 hours
    • Take the dough off the fridge. Scoop evenly and release on the tray. Press the top down a bit
    • Bake at 180C for 8-10 minutes
    • When cooked, remove from the oven and let chill on the wire rack
  2. For Cream Cheese Filling

    • Beat cream cheese and icing sugar with paddle attachment until become smooth
    • Gradually add Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine and continue beating
    • Add Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder and vanilla essence and mix until well combined
    • Fill the cream into a pastry bag. Select the tip as desire
