For Chocolate Cookie

Brown Sugar 100.0 g

Egg 1.0 egg

Vanilla 1.0 tsp

All-purpose Flour 150.0 g

Cocoa Powder 10.0 g

Sliced Almond 40.0 g

Chocolate Chips 60.0 g
For Cream Cheese Filling

Cream Cheese 250.0 g

Icing Sugar 120.0 g

Vanilla Essence 2.0 g
Preparation

For Chocolate Cookie
- Preheat the oven to 160C
- Mix Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine and brown sugar with paddle attachment on medium speed
- Gradually add egg and vanilla essence
- Sieve all-purpose flour, Best Foods Baking Powder Double Acting Formula and cocoa powder together
- Add sieved flour followed by sliced almonds and chocolate chips
- After well mixed, turn off the machine and store in the fridge for 2-3 hours
- Take the dough off the fridge. Scoop evenly and release on the tray. Press the top down a bit
- Bake at 180C for 8-10 minutes
- When cooked, remove from the oven and let chill on the wire rack

For Cream Cheese Filling
- Beat cream cheese and icing sugar with paddle attachment until become smooth
- Gradually add Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine and continue beating
- Add Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder and vanilla essence and mix until well combined
- Fill the cream into a pastry bag. Select the tip as desire
