  • Coriander Seeds Powder 0.5 g
  • Breadcrumbs 50.0 g
  • Egg, beaten 1.0 egg

Yuzu Dressing

  • Yuzu Juice 10.0 ml
  • Yuzu Pepper 5.0 g
  • Yuzu Zest 5.0 g
  • Thai Basil, snipped 2.0 g
  • BEST FOODS Butter Flavoured Margarine 1 kg 5.0 ml
  • Red Cabbage 50.0 g
  • Baby Spinach 10.0 g
  • Mini Walnut Bun, cut in half 2.0 piece
  1. Chicken

    • Mixed all ingredients except egg and breadcrumbs. Marinate for 1 hour.
    • Add egg and breadcrumbs, chill.
    • Preheat deep-fryer at 180 degree Celsius, deep fry the chicken for 4-6 minutes.
  2. Yuzu Dressing

    • Whisk all ingredients and chill.
  3. Plating

    • Preheat pan, add cut bun with margarine and grill to brown.
    • Add deep fried chicken, yuzu mayonnaise and salad.
    • Garnish tuber crisps.
