  1. For Cookie

    • Prepare an 7*11 inch tray. Grease and line with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 180 C
    • Sieve all-purpose flour, baking soda and salt together
    • Beat Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine, sugar and brown sugar with paddle attachment until become smooth and fluffy
    • After fluffed up, scrape the mixing bowl with rubber scraper. Add egg and vanilla essence then beat until evenly combined
    • Add sieved dry ingredients into the mixing bowl
    • Fill in the tray and spread the surface until even then set aside
  2. For Brownie

    • Sieve all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt together then set aside
    • Mix together sugar and brown sugar in the mixing bowl
    • Melt the Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine and chocolate altogether then pour into the previous mixing bowl
    • Mix the mixture with a wire whisk and gradually add the whole egg, egg yolk and vanilla essence
    • Mix until well combined. Add the sieved dry ingredients into the bowl and fold until become smooth
    • Fill the batter into the tray with cookie dough then spread until even
    • Sprinkle with sliced almonds
    • Bake for 15-20 minutes
    • When cooked, take out from the oven and leave the brownie on the wire rack
    • Let them cool completely before cutting
