  • Cake Flour 70.0 g
  • Bread Flour 25.0 g
  • Sugar 50.0 g
  • Salt 2.0 g
  • Unsalted Butter 80.0 g

For Blueberry Crumble Bar

  1. For Crumble

    • Mix cake flour, bread flour, sugar, salt and Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine together.
    • Knead until dough forms. Put aside.
  2. For Blueberry Crumble Bar

    • Sift all-purpose flour and vanilla powder together
    • Put Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine into the mixer and gradually add icing sugar. Mix well until risen. Add sifted flour and mix well. Refrigerate the mixture for 10-15 minutes
    • Put the mixture into a 18 x 27 cm mold tray greased with shortening and lined with a wax sheet. Flatten mixture evenly
    • Squeeze Best Foods Blueberry Filling onto the mixture. Sprinkle frozen blueberry and crumble on top
    • Bake at 320°F for 35-40 minutes or until the crumble turns golden brown. Remove crumble from the tray and transfer onto a rack to leave it cool. Cut into bars at the size of 9 x 4.5 cm for serving.
