All-purpose Flour 400.0 g

BEST FOODS Butter Flavoured Margarine 1 kg 220.0 g

Vanilla Powder 2.0 tsp

Icing Sugar 100.0 g

Frozen Blueberry 250.0 g
Preparation

For Crumble
- Mix cake flour, bread flour, sugar, salt and Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine together.
- Knead until dough forms. Put aside.

For Blueberry Crumble Bar
- Sift all-purpose flour and vanilla powder together
- Put Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine into the mixer and gradually add icing sugar. Mix well until risen. Add sifted flour and mix well. Refrigerate the mixture for 10-15 minutes
- Put the mixture into a 18 x 27 cm mold tray greased with shortening and lined with a wax sheet. Flatten mixture evenly
- Squeeze Best Foods Blueberry Filling onto the mixture. Sprinkle frozen blueberry and crumble on top
- Bake at 320°F for 35-40 minutes or until the crumble turns golden brown. Remove crumble from the tray and transfer onto a rack to leave it cool. Cut into bars at the size of 9 x 4.5 cm for serving.
