Beef Burger
Burger has almost become the must-have menu in every cafe in South-east Asia. Give a fresh twist to this classic American dish with a hint of lime for the mayo

Ingredients
Beef Patty

Lean Beef, minced 200 g

Breadcrumbs 50 g

Oregano Powder 0.2 tsp

Thyme Powder 0.2 tsp

Egg, beaten 1 eggs

Onion, minced 1 chunk
Guacamole Dressing

Guacamole 40 g

Tomato, brunoise 10 g

Shallot, brunoise 10 g

Coriander Leaves, sliced 5 g

Tabasco Sauce 2 ml
Pickled Onion

Onion, sliced, Pickle Solutions (1 vinegar, 1 water, 1 sugar) 10 g
Burger

Cucumber 5 g

Gherkins 5 g

Pumpkin Seeds Bun, cut half 1 slice

Fresh Pineapple, sliced 1/2 inch 1 piece
Plating

Fries 100 g
-
Guacamole 50 g
Preparation

Beef Patty
- Mix all ingredients and chill for 1 hour.

Guacamole Dressing
- Whisk all ingredients and chill.

Pickled Onion
- On a bowl, add sliced onion, addpickled solutions (water, vinegar, sugar), then soak for 1 hour.

Burger
- Preheat the pan, add cut bun with Best Foods Butter Flavour Margarine and grill to brown.
- Add pineapple and grill to brown.
- Add beef patty, and grill to your desired degree of doneness.
- Combine all in ingredients on burger.

Plating
- Put the burger on the plate, together with fries, Knorr Tomato Ketchup, and guacamole.
