Try this new twist on the classic Bacon and Spinach Mayonnaise Muffin. Learn how to make a breakfast dish that's fun, filling, and delicious.



  1. Method

    • Cut the bacon into squares modest. Be fried in a pan, cook and scoop out the excess oil from the pan and set aside.
    • Decidedly spinach leaves off then boiled in hot water for about 15-20 seconds, and wash in cold water. Squeezed the excess water out. Chop into small pieces and set aside.
    • Sift All Purpose Flour, Cake flour, Baking soda and Best Foods Baking powder Double Acting Formula together. Then put all ingredients into a mixing bowl add sugar, salt and Aroysure All-In-One Pork Flavoured Seasoning and beat until everything is thoroughly. After that add Best Foods SE Bakery Mayonnaise, milk, eggs, bacon, spinach, and stir well.
    • Spoon into muffin cups about ½ of its size (about 60 grams) bring to the oven at 190-200 degrees for about 12-15 minutes or until the surface is golden.
    • Remove the muffin out of the pan or baking tray. Set aside and garnish with Best Foods SE Bakery Mayonnaise.
