How to prepare

  • Wide Rice Noodle 159 g
  • Chicken Breast, sliced 50 g
  • Pickled Squid, soaked in water 20 g
  • Garlic, minced 5 g
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
  • Seasoning Sauce made with Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1 pc
  • Black Pepper 0.5 g
  • Green Onion, sliced 5 g
  • Soup Stock 20 g

Main sauce for stir frying with oyster sauce, Asian-style formula

  1. How to prepare

    • Heat vegetable oil in the pan. Add minced garlic and stir until golden brown. Add chicken, soup stock and egg. Stir fry until every ingredient is lightly cooked.
    • Add wide rice noodles and the squid, season it with the main sauce and stir fry until everything is well cooked.
    • Taste. Sprinkle with black pepper, add sliced green onions and serve with lettuce and Knorr chili sauce.
    • Tips: You can customize the dish with other ingredients such as pork, beef and other seafood.
