Preparation

  • Minced Pork 120.0 g
  • Banana Shrimp 4.0 portions
  • Squid, cut 5.0 piece
  • Chilli, minced 5.0 g
  • Garlic, minced 5.0 g
  • Kaffir Lime Leaves 3.0 g
  • Basil 20.0 g
  • Red and Green Chili, cut diagonally 10.0 g
  • Vegetable Oil (for stir-frying) 2.0 tbsp
  • KNORR SELECTIONS Oyster Flavoured Sauce 900G 1.0 tbsp
  • KNORR SELECTIONS Fish Sauce 4500 ml 0.25 tsp
  • Seasoning Sauce 0.5 tsp
  • Aroysure All-In-One Seasoning Pork Flavoured 800 g 0.5 tsp
  • Sugar 0.5 tsp
  • Black Soy Sauce 0.25 tsp
  • Pork stock 4.0 tbsp

Omelette

  • Egg 3.0 eggs
  • Aroysure All-In-One Seasoning Pork Flavoured 800 g 5.0 g
  • Chocolate Spread 1.0 tbsp
  • Butter 0.5 tbsp
  1. Preparation

    • Heat oil in a pan, put minced garlic and minced chilli into the pan then stir-fry them until there is smell. Add pork, prawns, and chopped squids then season with Knorr oyster sauce, Aroysure All-In-One Seasoning Pork Flavour, sugar, dark soy sauce, and stock, stir-fry until the minced pork is cooked.
    • Add basil leaves and julienne Cayenne peppers, mix all ingredients. Turn of the heat, then set aside the stir-fried basil.
    • Crack eggs in a bowl, season with Aroysure All-In-One Seasoning Pork Flavour, butter, and whipping cream. Whisk them until all ingredients become the same texture then pour it into a pan. Fry the seasoned egg with medium heat, stir the egg until it is cooked and looks like European omelette. Place it on a plate.
    • Top up the omelette with three kings stir-fried or place it beside the omelette. Decorate with basil leaves and Kaffir lime leaves. Ready to be served with rice.

    • Crack eggs in a bowl, season with Aroysure All-In-One Seasoning Pork Flavour, butter, and whipping cream. Whisk them until all ingredients become the same texture then pour it into a pan. Fry the seasoned egg with medium heat, stir the egg until it looks like European omelette. Place it on a plate.
