Multi-colored Butter Cream

  • Multi-colored chocolate candies
  1. Butter Cake

    • Preheat the oven to 180C. Prepare a round cake pan in the size of 2 lb / 2 pan
    • Sieve cake flour, Knorr Corn Starch and Best Foods Baking Powder Double Acting Formula together and set aside
    • Put Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine, EC 25k, sugar, salt into the mixing bowl
    • Beat with paddle attachment until well combined
    • Add the rest ingredients and beat on low speed for 1 minute
    • Turn to medium speed for 2 minutes. Scrape over the bowl and continue beating for 2 minutes
    • Scrape the bowl again and switch the machine back on low speed for 1 minute
    • Fill up the 2 pans in the same portion (660 gram/ pan)
    • Bake for 20-25 minutes
  2. Butter cream

    • Heat evaporated milk, sugar and water until hits boiling point. Remove the pot and put on ice bath to cool it down
    • Beat Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine and white butter with paddle attachment until become smooth and fluffy
    • Pour the chilled syrup into the mixture Bowl and continue mixing until butter cream combined, light and fluffy
  3. Multi-colored Butter Cream

    • Mix together 150 gram butter cream and 2 gram food coloring and stir until well combined
    • Prepare as many colors as desire
