Ingredients
For Brownies

All Purpose Flour 130.0 g

Dark Cocoa Powder 40.0 g

Bicarbonate Soda 0.5 tsp

Dark Chocolate 150.0 g

Sugar 180.0 g

For Cream Cheese
-
Cream Cheese, let rest until cooling down completely 300.0 g

Corn Flour 2.0 tsp

Icing Sugar, Sifted 50.0 g

Lime Juice 1.0 tsp

Egg 1.0 egg
For Strawberry Filling
-
Frosted Strawberry, cubed 150.0 g

Best Foods Strawberry Filling 200.0 g
Preparation

For Brownies
- In mixing bowl, sift wheat flour, cocoa powder and Bicarbonate Soda.
- In the boiling water, add dark chocolate and Best Foods Butter-Flavoured Margarine. Stir until the mixture combines and dissolves. Remove from the heat. Add sugar and gently stir the mixture until warm. Add eggs and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into the sifted flour and stir it well. In four-pound cake pattern, brush white butter all over the surface and pour the mixture in the pattern. Spread evenly and cover with parchment paper.
- Pour cream cheese on the upper layer. Spread strawberry filling over the top and bake at 170C for 30-40 minutes or until well-cooked. Remove from the pattern. Slice the cake and serve.

For Cream Cheese
- In a mixer, whisk Cream Chees and Best Foods Butter-Flavoured Margarine by using wire whip at medium speed until the texture is smooth. Add corn flour and icing sugar until well combined.
- Add egg and lime juice. Continue whisking until the mixture is well combined and ready for use.

For Strawberry Filling
- Mix frosted strawberry with Best Foods Strawberry Flavoured Filling. Stir the mixture until well combined.
