  1. Stir-Fried Wide Rice Noodles with Pork

    • Put oil in and heat the pan, add minced garlic. Stir-fry pork sirloin until cooked, then add Chinese kale and stir-fry until well mixed.
    • Add wide rice noodles, stir-fry until the noodle is spread out, then add the egg. Season with KNORR Intense Meaty Essence, KNORR SELECTIONS Seasoning Sauce, black soy sauce, sugar and pepper powder.
    • Stir-fry with high heat until it gives a nice aroma. Taste and adjust as desired.
    • Put on a well-decorated serving plate.
