Stir Fried Sour Pork and Basil with Super Rice

Vegetable Oil 1 tsp

Garlic, minced 5 g

Bird's Eye Chilli, chopped 5 g

Sour Pork 60 g

Black Soy Sauce 1 tsp

Sugar 1 tsp

Small amount of stock

Corn, cut diagonally 10 g

Cow pea, cut diagonally 10 g

Green chilli, cut diagonally 3 g

Red chilli, cut diagonally 3 g

Basil 10 g

Fried basil
Preparation

Making the Dish
- Heated oiled pan, add minced garlic and minced bird's eye chilli.
- Add sour pork, Knorr oyster flavoured sauce, Knorr seasoning sauce, Aroysure All-In-One Pork Flavoured Seasoning, black soy, sugar and small amount of stock. Mix together.
- Add diagonal corn, diagonal cow pea, diagonal green chilli, diagonal red chilli and basil.
- Put on serving plate along with rice and decorate with fried basil.
