  • Chinese Wine 0.5 tbsp
  • Vegetable Oil 3.0 tbsp
  • Soup Stock 50.0 g
  • Corn Starch, Diluted With Water 1:1

Extraordinary seafood dish, extra hot and spicy with Thai black pepper



  1. How to Prepare

    • Clean the prepared seafood ingredients such as shrimp, squid, and fish and coat it with crispy flour. Deep fry it until it turns crispy and golden brown. Set aside.
    • Add butter into the hot pan followed by Chinese wine. Let it sizzle until the alcohol evaporates. Add minced garlic, minced rosemary leaves, and soup stock. Season with seasoning sauce made with oyster sauce, followed by various vegetables. If the sauce is not thick enough, add more corn starch.
    • When every ingredient is cooked, add deep-fried seafood and stir fry until every ingredient is mixed. Garnish a plate with green onions and celery. The dish is ready to be served.
