Spaghetti with Spicy Stir-Fried Clam
- Stir-fry minced garlic and dried bird's eye chilli until it gives a fragrant aroma. Then add clams and continue stir-frying for a moment. Then add cherry tomato, white wine and let it simmer to reduce. Add cooked BEST FOODS Spaghetti* and mix well. Season with KNORR Intense Meaty Essence, ground black pepper. At this point, you can add a little amount of water if you wish. Then add basil leaves and mix well, adjust the taste and season as preferred.
- Put on a plate to serve, decorate with minced parsley and fried basil leaves.
