Making the Dish

  • Meat Stock 2.0 cup
  • Galangal, minced 8.0 g
  • Bird's Eye Chilli, crushed 5.0 g
  • Chilli Paste 1.0 tsp
  • Squid, cut in strips 25.0 g
  • Knorr Corn Flour, melted 1.0 tsp
  • Fried noodle 1.0 pack (2)
  • Parsley, garnish
  • KNORR SELECTIONS Fish Sauce 4500 ml 1.0 tsp
  • White Shrimp, medium
  • Lemongrass, chopped
  • Teared Bergamot leaf
  • White Shrimp, medium 2.0 portion
  • Lemongrass, chopped 1.0 haulm
  • Teared Bergamot leaf 1.0
  1. Making the Dish

    • Boil stock, add mined galangal, chopped lemon grass, crush bird's eye chilli and chilli paste together.
    • Add shrimp, squid and season with Knorr Fish Sauce, gradually add melted Knorr Corn Flour to the mixture.
    • Put on the plate with fried noodle and decorate with Parsley on top.
