Method

Making the Dish
- Boil stock, add mined galangal, chopped lemon grass, crush bird's eye chilli and chilli paste together.
- Add shrimp, squid and season with Knorr Fish Sauce, gradually add melted Knorr Corn Flour to the mixture.
- Put on the plate with fried noodle and decorate with Parsley on top.
