For Butter Milk

For Cream Cheese Filling

  1. For Butter Milk

    • Mix together fresh milk and Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder. Set aside for 15 minutes
  2. For Red Velvet Cupcake

    • Beat Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine and sugar with paddle attachment until become smooth and fluffy
    • Gradually add egg, vanilla essence and food coloring (Red) into the Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine mixture
    • Sift the flour, baking soda and Cocoa powder together
    • Add dry ingredients and butter milk into a mixing bowl
    • Begin by adding dry ingredients, then alternate with butter milk and end with the dry ingredients
    • Continue to mix a bit more until evenly combined and stop
    • Scrape the mixing bowl with rubber scraper to mixed well
    • Pour the cake batter into the prepared cups
    • Bake at 180 C for 15 - 20 minutes
    • When cooked, allow cupcakes to cool down before decorated
  3. For Butter Cream

    • Add egg white and salt into a mixing bowl with the whisk attachment
    • Boil water and sugar together until reach 118 C (Soft Stage)
    • Start the mixing machine on high speed and slowly pour the syrup in a thin line on the side of the bowl until the last drop
    • Keep beating until meringue temperature is warm
    • Replace the Whisk attachment to the paddle attachment
    • Continue with medium speed then gradually add unsalted butter and Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine
    • Mix until the butter cream becomes smooth and fluffy
  4. For Chocolate Filling

    • Mix together Milk, Best Foods Chocolate Filling, Best Foods Chocolate Topping and Cocoa Powder
  5. For Cream Cheese Filling

    • Whip the cream cheese with paddle attachment until become smooth and fluffy
    • Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder and cream until well mixed
