  3. Method

    • Puff Filling can be prepared by: Heat a pan and pour vegetable oil. Add garlic, pepper, and blended corainder root before stir-frying. Pour oyster sauce and all seasonings before stir-frying well. After melting sugar, pour clean water. Add TVB NoMice and stir-fry well. Taste before pouring tapioca flour mixed with water. Stir-fry all ingredients until flour is cooked to gain preferred stickiness. Leave or chill. 
    • Puff Flour: Roll puff flour to be thinner around 0.5 centimeters. Cut with a round dough cutter to gain preferred sizes. Fill with chilled puf filling. brush yolk around inside edge of puff flour. Cover as semicircle shape. Press flour edge with a fork. Vrush with yolk and sprinkle white sesame. Put into an oven with 190c for 7-10 minutes or until it becomes golden brown. Serve as breafast or snack for eating with tea.
