How to make Nama Chocolate

  • Cocoa Powder, for sprinkling on top
  • Gelatin Sheet, soaked in very cold water until softened 5 slices
  • Dark Chocolate 150 g
  • Unsweetened Whipping Cream 200 g
  • Best Foods Chocolate Flavoured Filling - 9 x 900 g 500 g
  1. How to make Nama Chocolate

    • Warm Best Foods Chocolate Flavoured Filling and cream in a sauce pan over medium heat and stir until heated.
    • Add dark chocolate and stir to dissolve. Add softened gelatin and stir to combine. Remove from heat.
    • Pour the mixture in a tray or mold and chill in the fridge for 6 hours or until the chocolate is set.
    • Remove chocolate from the tray and cut into square shape, sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve.
