  • BEST FOODS Butter Flavoured Margarine 1 kg 60.0 g

  • Compound chocolate 200.0 g

Vanilla mousse

Assemble

  1. Sponge cake

    • Sieve cake flour and Best Foods Baking Powder Double Acting Formula into the mixing bowl Put sugar, salt, fresh milk, eggs and Ovale
    • Mix all the ingredients together with the whisk attach at low speed 1 minutes before switching to high speed for 5 minutes for ingredients to become fluffy
    • Change to low speed again, add melted Best Foods Margarine Butter Flavour

    • Put them on sponge cake that already cut into preferable shape
    • Lightly press to allow mousse to stick with sponge cake
    • Refrigerate until mousse set and take out of the silicone
