Sponge cake

Fresh Milk 45 g

Strawberry Extract 3 g

Strawberry Artificial Colour 2 g
Chocolate

Compound chocolate 200 g
Vanilla mousse

Whipping Cream 350 g
Assemble
Preparation

Sponge cake
- Sieve cake flour and Best Foods Baking Powder Double Acting Formula into the mixing bowl Put sugar, salt, fresh milk, eggs and Ovalet
- Mix all the ingredients together with the whisk attach at low speed 1 minutes before switching to high speed for 5 minutes for ingredients to become fluffy
- Change to low speed again, add melted Best Foods Margarine Butter Flavour
- When they combined, add artificial taste and colour
- Pour into baking tray until smooth then bake at 210 °C for 12 minutes
- Leave to cool on the rack before cutting into pieces

Chocolate
Melt Chocolate and then use pantry brush to put them into silicone that you want -
Vanilla mousse
- Whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form
- Add Best Foods Vanilla Filling, mix them together

Assemble
- Pour vanilla mousse into chocolate silicone
- Add Best Foods LC Strawberry Filling
- Put them on sponge cake that already cut into preferable shape
- Lightly press to allow mousse to stick with sponge cake
- Refrigerate until mousse set and take out of the silicone
