Assemble

  1. Sponge cake

    1. Sieve cake flour and Best Foods Baking Powder Double Acting Formula into the mixing bowl Put sugar, salt, fresh milk, eggs and Ovalet
    2. Mix all the ingredients together with the whisk attach at low speed 1 minutes before switching to high speed for 5 minutes for ingredients to become fluffy
    3. Change to low speed again, add melted Best Foods Margarine Butter Flavour
    4. When they combined, add artificial taste and colour
    5. Pour into baking tray until smooth then bake at 210 °C for 12 minutes

  4. Assemble

    1. Pour vanilla mousse into chocolate silicone
    2. Add Best Foods LC Strawberry Filling
    3. Put them on sponge cake that already cut into preferable shape
    4. Lightly press to allow mousse to stick with sponge cake
    5. Refrigerate until mousse set and take out of the silicone
