Method

How to Prepare
- Mix the main sauce made with fish sauce into the spareribs that have been thoroughly washed and prepared. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Put the marinated spareribs into a bowl and coat with Knorr Batter Mix and deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain the oil before serving.
- Place the deep-fried marinated spareribs onto a plate and complete the dish by sprinkling lime leaves before serving with Knorr Chilli Sauce.
