  1. Light Chicken Soup

    • Boil the water in the pot, put in chicken drumettes, then turn down to medium heat. Keep scooping out the bubbles.
    • Put in garlic, coriander root, carrot and potato.
    • When the carrot and potato start to cook, put in the white onion.
    • Season with KNORR Intense Meaty Essence, KNORR SELECTIONS Seasoning Sauce and a pinch of ground pepper. Taste and adjust as desired.
    • When everything is well cooked, garnish with celery, then serve in a serving container.
