Chicken Drumettes, cleaned 350 g

Coriander Root, cleaned and crushed 2 g

Garlic, crushed 10 g

Potato, peeled, bite-size chopped 90 g

Carrot, peeled, bite-size chopped 90 g

White Onion, peeled, bite-size chopped 70 g

Tomato, bite-size chopped 85 g

Ground Pepper 0.5 g

Clean Water 1.5 l

Celery, chopped
Preparation

Light Chicken Soup
- Boil the water in the pot, put in chicken drumettes, then turn down to medium heat. Keep scooping out the bubbles.
- Put in garlic, coriander root, carrot and potato.
- When the carrot and potato start to cook, put in the white onion.
- Season with KNORR Intense Meaty Essence, KNORR SELECTIONS Seasoning Sauce and a pinch of ground pepper. Taste and adjust as desired.
- When everything is well cooked, garnish with celery, then serve in a serving container.
