  • Rice 160 g
  • Ground Pork 30 g
  • Egg 1 pc
  • Larb Powder 12 g
  • Green Onion, sliced 5 g
  • Coriander Leaves, sliced 5 g
  • Shallots, thinly sliced 5 g
  • Garlic, minced 5 g
  • Vegetable Oil, for stir fry 2 tbsp

Tornado Larb seasoning powder

  1. How to prepare

    • Heat the vegetable oil until hot and add garlic, ground pork, and egg, and stir fry until slightly cooked. Add rice and mix evenly. Add the prepared larb powder seasoning, followed by shallots and coriander leaves, and stir fry until everything is cooked.
    • Place the fried rice onto the plate and add vegetables on the side before serving.
    • Tips: You can change the main ingredient to other types of meat such as beef, chicken or seafood.
